Service Description
Begin Your Varsalona Experience Design your one-of-a-kind, American-made gown in our NYC Garment District atelier. During your private consultation, our experienced team will guide you in selecting the most flattering silhouette, refining your vision, and establishing a budget for your custom look. Preliminary sketches may be created at this time; all designs remain the exclusive property of our design house unless you proceed with a production agreement. We specialize in Bridal, Mother of the Bride/Groom, Red Carpet, Cocktail, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Traditional & Religious Ceremonial, Plus Size, and Communion. A $100 reservation fee is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your purchase. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or the fee will be forfeited. For a private consultation with the designer, please view our additional booking options. Please include a valid phone number when booking. All sales are final. Cash, Check, or Credit (3.5% fee for credit cards, 5% for AMEX). No returns or exchanges.

Paula Varsalona NYC Atelier Purchase & Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATIONS For all cancellation requests, please email us at askpaula@paulavarsalona.com. ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our services and garments, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits. PAYMENT METHODS We accept the following forms of payment: • Cash • Check • Credit Cards • A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. • A 5% processing fee applies to American Express transactions. CUSTOM ORDERS Custom gown orders require a 60% non-refundable down payment at the time the order is placed. The remaining balance is due at the first fitting. SAMPLE & SALE PURCHASES All Sample and Sale gowns must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
