A design consultation with the designer, founder and CEO herself - Paula Varsalona will provide a private, in person consultation. Are you looking for that one of a kind, unique and American made gown for ANY occasion? Treat yourself to the Varsalona Experience today! Paul Varsalona will meet with you to design a one of a kind dress! We specialize in Bridal, Mother of the Bride/Groom, Red Carpet, Cocktail, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Traditional/Religious Ceremonial Requirements, Plus Size and Communion. Paula Varsalona requires a credit card to reserve your appointment. There is a $300 charge for this appointment. However, if you do not cancel 24 hrs prior to your appointment, you will be billed an additional $50 cancellation fee. Please be sure to provide a phone number. We will contact you directly to take credit card information which will confirm your appointment. ALL SALES ARE FINAL Cash, Check or Credit (additional 3.5% Fee for all Credit Card Payments, 5% for AMEX) No returns or exchanges.


Cancellation Policy
Paula Varsalona NYC Atelier Purchase & Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATIONS For all cancellation requests, please email us at askpaula@paulavarsalona.com. ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our services and garments, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits. PAYMENT METHODS We accept the following forms of payment: • Cash • Check • Credit Cards • A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. • A 5% processing fee applies to American Express transactions. CUSTOM ORDERS Custom gown orders require a 60% non-refundable down payment at the time the order is placed. The remaining balance is due at the first fitting. SAMPLE & SALE PURCHASES All Sample and Sale gowns must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
