Service Description
Enter the world of Paula Varsalona. An intimate, by-appointment-only consultation with the designer, founder, and CEO herself, this experience is reserved for those who seek more than a gown, those who seek distinction. Each private session is a personal collaboration, where vision meets artistry and every detail is considered. From bridal to red carpet, each creation is meticulously designed and American-made, resulting in a garment that is entirely your own. A $300 non-refundable design fee is required to reserve your appointment. Kindly note, appointments will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment. This fee serves exclusively as a store credit toward a future Paula Varsalona NYC Atelier purchase and is not eligible for refund. All sales are final. Cash, check, or credit accepted (3.5% fee for credit cards, 5% for AMEX). No returns or exchanges.


Cancellation Policy
Paula Varsalona NYC Atelier Purchase & Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATIONS For all cancellation requests, please email us at askpaula@paulavarsalona.com. ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our services and garments, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits. PAYMENT METHODS We accept the following forms of payment: • Cash • Check • Credit Cards • A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. • A 5% processing fee applies to American Express transactions. CUSTOM ORDERS Custom gown orders require a 60% non-refundable down payment at the time the order is placed. The remaining balance is due at the first fitting. SAMPLE & SALE PURCHASES All Sample and Sale gowns must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
