Congratulations you are living the Varsalona Experience! Schedule your private fitting here! Paula Varsalona requires a credit card to reserve your appointment. There is no charge for the appointment. However, if you do not cancel 48 hrs prior to your appointment, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. ALL SALES ARE FINAL Cash, Check or Credit (additional 3.5% Fee for all Credit Card Payments, 5% for AMEX) No returns or exchanges.
Cancellation Policy
Paula Varsalona NYC Atelier Purchase & Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATIONS For all cancellation requests, please email us at askpaula@paulavarsalona.com. ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our services and garments, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits. PAYMENT METHODS We accept the following forms of payment: • Cash • Check • Credit Cards • A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. • A 5% processing fee applies to American Express transactions. CUSTOM ORDERS Custom gown orders require a 60% non-refundable down payment at the time the order is placed. The remaining balance is due at the first fitting. SAMPLE & SALE PURCHASES All Sample and Sale gowns must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
