Private Appointment - Credit Card Required
Service Description
Congratulations, you are living the Varsalona Experience. This exclusive service is reserved for our valued clients and those returning for an additional fitting on a previously purchased Paula Varsalona gown. We invite you to schedule your private fitting at your convenience. To reserve time in our private showroom, a $50 reservation fee is required, as your appointment is exclusively dedicated to you and our staff. This fee will be applied toward your future purchase and is non-refundable. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee. Kindly note: All sales are final. We accept cash, check, or credit card (a 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card payments; 5% for American Express). No returns or exchanges.

Paula Varsalona NYC Atelier Purchase & Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATIONS For all cancellation requests, please email us at askpaula@paulavarsalona.com. ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our services and garments, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits. PAYMENT METHODS We accept the following forms of payment: • Cash • Check • Credit Cards • A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. • A 5% processing fee applies to American Express transactions. CUSTOM ORDERS Custom gown orders require a 60% non-refundable down payment at the time the order is placed. The remaining balance is due at the first fitting. SAMPLE & SALE PURCHASES All Sample and Sale gowns must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
