During this private one-on-one consultation, we’ll evaluate your gown and discuss the endless possibilities for redesigning, repurposing, or reinventing it into something uniquely yours. Our services include: * Complete bridal gown redesigns * Vintage gown restoration and modernization * Mother of the Bride & Special Occasion gown transformations * Repurposing a wedding gown into a rehearsal dinner, reception, or evening gown * Restyling silhouettes, necklines, sleeves, trains, and hemlines * Adding or removing embellishments, lace, appliqués, and custom details * Updating heirloom gowns while preserving their sentimental significance * Creating wearable keepsakes from treasured garments. Cancellation Policy
Paula Varsalona NYC Atelier Purchase & Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATIONS For all private consultation and scheduled appoinment cancellation requests, please email us at askpaula@paulavarsalona.com or call 212-221-5600. ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our services and garments, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits. PAYMENT METHODS We accept the following forms of payment: • Cash • Check • Credit Cards • A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. • A 5% processing fee applies to American Express transactions. CUSTOM ORDERS Custom gown orders require a 60% non-refundable down payment at the time the order is placed. The remaining balance is due at the first fitting. SAMPLE & SALE PURCHASES All Sample and Sale gowns and any alterations must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are FINAL SALE.
